Cancellation Policy for Students
We require at least 30 days cancellation notice before your scheduled date of arrival to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
Homestay placement, airport pick up fees and visa rejection costs are not refundable. Homestay accommodation fee will be fully refunded if you cancel 30-14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival.
Homestay placement, airport pick up fees, visa rejection costs and four weeks Homestay accommodation fees are not refundable if you cancel within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.
100% of your total amount will be charged if you ‘no show’ on the scheduled date of arrival.
A student or group must request an extension in writing to arrive later by contacting Homestay Access, we will confirm with the host family and any extra fees will be payable by the school or student.
Termination of Agreement
The host family must be given at least two weeks’ notice in writing and make two weeks payment in lieu of a notice. This is compensation to the host and adds on to the above cancellation fees.
Payment Terms For Students
We accept payments via direct debit or PayPal.
As a policy, it is required that you pay 14 days before the arrival date.
