Cancellation Policy for Groups
We require at least 90 days cancellation notice before your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Otherwise we will charge you a cancellation/service fee as below.
10% Service Fee of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 90-30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 30-10 days before your scheduled arrival date.
100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel, make any changes or reduce numbers within ten days before your scheduled date of arrival.
All changes must be received in writing and will not be accepted by phone calls.
Payment Terms For Groups
Our payment terms are one of the most flexible in the industry:
- 10% deposit of the quoted cost is required 90 days in advance
- 50% payment of the quoted cost is required 30 days in advance
- Full payment is required ten days before the arrival date.
- If you cannot meet these terms, please contact us to make other arrangements.
